2012 Ironman Championship Team
The Catalog for Giving has 10 guaranteed spots at the 2012 Ironman US Championship Triathlon New York City which is a full Ironman race consisting of a 2.4 mile swim in the Hudson, a 112 mile bike trek on the Palisades Parkway in Bergen and Rockland Counties, and a 26.2 mile beginning in New Jersey and finishing in Riverside Park in Manhattan.
The inaugural Ironman U.S. Championship is slated for August 11, 2012 and will offer 75 Age Group qualifying slots for the 2012 Ford Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawai’i with more than 2,500 participants from around the world.
All proceeds from this event will directly to support our member organizations.

Athletes are required to pay an initial $1,750 registration fee, and are asked to commit to raising an additional $2,000, though there are no penalties if you fail to do so. The Catalog for Giving cannot assist in travel arrangements. If for some reason you cannot participate in the race, we cannot refund or transfer your entry.
